ALLERGEN POLICY
Though I am happy to bake using (e.g.) nut/dairy/gluten/egg-free recipes, my kitchen is not an allergen-free space. Even if the recipe/flavour chosen does not contain one of these allergens, I cannot guarantee that they have not been present in the manufacturing process of either the ingredients, or the making of the cake, as I do use these ingredients in my kitchen on occasion. I thoroughly clean the preparation area before starting to bake or decorate, and complete free-from orders first, but do not own separate equipment.
